SIMPLE TO USE
Adsend Certified Soft Proofing allows you to view your print ad with a visual simulation of what your ad should look like when it appears in the chosen publication.
Even better, you can create a calibrated soft proof of any press ad and then send them in just two easy steps. Once your ad has successfully passed Adsend's intensive preflight check, you will be given an option to view and approve your soft proof. From there it's ready to be delivered directly to the publisher.
How is this possible? Adsend applies a colour profile, supplied by the Publisher, to the PDF file that you are delivering, which is then used by the system to emulate the paper, ink and printing process of the given title.
CERTIFICATION AND TRACKING
By integrating a process of highly accurate screen calibration, you can be sure that you are viewing the profiled ad with optimum settings. We capture these settings in the delivery process so that the receiving Publisher is assured that you have proofed the ad in a controlled environment - hence the term 'Certified'.
And because the approved proofed PDF is digitally archived and guaranteed to be the same file that has been delivered to the publisher, you have a readily available audit trail for future reference.
